In the morning we heard someone knocking at the rv door. We were sure that one of the neighbors didn't like us staying for the night by his house. It had been a good surprise to find out that Marc came to visit with some fresh croissants for breakfast. Later on when Dagan was unable to start the engine (again), we went to replace the battery.

When the rv was alive again, we took the train downtown to walk along the Freedom trail. The trail is marked by a red line along the sidewalks and passes through 16 significant historical sites. It's a good opportunity to get an impression of the amazing architecture and history of Boston.

We followed the trail until we got to Faneuil Hall, where we stopped to rest and have lunch. The market was packed with people and good food. Everything looked tempting but we knew we wanted a traditional clam chowder which was superb.
