After 4 days of driving across corn fields and farms, we made it to bettendorf, Iowa yesterday.
We found the Sielemans residence easily and felt home right away.
Today Cathy took us for a tour in the Quad Cities but we forgot the camera at home. In the afternoon Jack gave us a guided tour in his school and then we returned home, where kids played.

After a delicious dinner, made by chef Cathy, the adults got to play too!
Gee, we're not that young anymore...
It's too good here, we're considering staying (at least until the first blizzard). More to follow soon.
