school highlights

Short update from school...
For science, Aviv made a fermentation experiment. She melted sugar and yeast in warm water in a bottle and attached a balloon on top. The water is brown because of the brown sugar she used.
The balloon got filled up with CO2 and became pretty big.

For reading, we have a banana tree on the wall, where the kids add a banana each time they finish a book. They write on the banana the book title, author and how much they liked it between 1-10.

Wow, this tree is going to be very big!!!!!Does Aviv know the series of Artemis fowl? Kazimir loves them, bought them all and is reading a lot these days.
Caesar is more into adult thrillers. By the way, Dafi you remember the harlan Coben you gave me? We loved it and bought the whole serie:-)
Keep on reading guys! Augusta

Hi to all of you! We are sorry we never had a chance to meet you. We are new teachers at Panamerican School --Richard teaching 3rd and Jackie teaching 1st and our 2 daughters 13 and 10. We've loved your POA blog--it has been so helpful and now we are enjoying reading about your US adventures. We are from Seattle and who knows....maybe one day our paths will cross!

How nice of you to share this journey with us so that we get to know all these beautiful places through you. My daughters want to go to your school to learn how to cook. :D
I'm glad that you are enjoying this wonderful trip.
